Responsible for solving any problems that arise during the lending process.
Oversee the loan process department.
(Processing and underwriting) Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the lending process from application to final approval to repayment of the loan.
Ensure staff is providing adequate Client / Investor services, follow lending regulations, and meet weekly goals.
Weekly communication and status meeting with Title Company.
Prepare legal update reports for discussion with upper management.
Collection calls, emails and follow up.
Follow developed collection policy and procedures.
Weekly management and staff collection meetings Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Manage relationships with key operations entities Communicate customer / investor issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings Pipeline management Manage IT issues with IT provider Required Education and Skills A degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Business Management skills, and knowledge of mortgage regulations.
