Job Description Job Description Installation Coordinator Job Description The Installation Coordinator answers phone calls and emails, schedules, and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
Organizes, creates and tracks appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
The Installation Coordinator position is a full-time position with work hours to be Monday-Fridays from 7AM to 4PM.
Overtime can only occur with prior approval form the President or VP of the Company.
The Installation Coordinator reports to the Branch Manager and has no direct reports.
Primary tasks and responsibilities Create and maintain the daily work schedules of the Installers within the specific Branch.
Balance the availability and resources against incoming requests to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Provide quotes for specific installation issues; create the order for the parts and submit to sales department as required for processing.
Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities or deadlines.
Coordinates Installers schedules/appointments with customers (Builder Installations) Work closely with all project construction managers to establish Timelines for both Installation and order manufacturing to be sure all orders are ready on time to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
Communicates installation date schedules to internal departments as appropriate to ensure installation is delivered by the established deadline.
Prepairs all necessary paperwork for shipping department to pull orders and load installers.

Utilizes computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Perform other reasonably, related tasks as assigned, within the scope of responsibilities.
Prepairs installers and helpers Payroll and gives to manager for approval.
Requirements/skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Ability to manage competing priorities, Calmness under pressure.
Adaptability and accountability Strong communicator who is able to confidently and effectively collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
Education and experience Must be at least twenty-one years of age HS Diploma or GED required 0-2 years of experience in customer service or scheduling Experience using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
