The Senior HR Generalist will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker with great leadership and people skills.
This position will assist with the day to day coordination of Human Resources processes, programs and initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Supervises human resources staff, including overseeing the daily workflow of the department Manage and oversee all HR functions for the organization Oversee and process payroll duties to ensure that staffing hours are within required parameters Assess reports provided by the HR team to determine employee performance and training needs Suggest and implement changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs Oversee discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with federal, state, and location employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance Serve as a point of contact on day-to-day HR matters Ensure administration of all benefit programs WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Three to five years of high-level HR experience Extensive knowledge of HR compliance Ability to work independently while overseeing HR staff Able to effectively communicate in English Ability to multi-task Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time off Paid Holidays Job Type:
