The ideal candidate will generate a global Supply Plan utilizing Complete Sets of material by aggregating it up to Finished Goods with the responsibility of disaggregating into raw components.
This person will collaborate with the inventory team to maintain company inventory targets and anticipate and resolve potential material shortages/excess.
They will be entrusted with developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external planning partners.
This person will be analytical and quantitative in nature and can understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.
The role is responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations which support supply chain planning and operations.
This position gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations.
They will identify underperforming areas in the supply chain, suggest improvements or resolutions to problems and translate them into supply chain tactics for success.
This person will utilize analytical tools, effective reporting, and presentation skills to identify trends, report on performance, and optimize supply and demand.
This position is charged with making decisions that impact the supply of material and communicating those decisions to stakeholders.
The person needed for this role will have the ability to manage multiple projects, meet changing demands and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
What You'll Do Adopt a Complete Sets planning process in both long- and short-term cycles to work in tandem with other Supply planners to enhance the analysis strategies.
Gather and interpret relevant data to determine optimal supply strategies, create and deliver timely complete set plans, investigate challenges, root cause assessments, and recommend solutions.
Work closely with the Global Demand team to identify and anticipate market trends and make suggestions on the Finished Goods planning mix to maintain suitable inventory levels avoiding excess or shortages.
Assess the impact of demand, using what-if analysis to create scenarios and recommendations for supply and Inventory based on current and future business functions.
Work with other Build Master schedulers, Buyers, and Integration Center on commitments and constraints that could impact the process from end-to-end planning of complete sets availability.
Analyze and anticipate market trends to signal the optimal time to procure material.
Create Bill of Materials to determine the availability and various attachment rates for Raw Components pertaining to the Finished goods Material.
Creating sustainable plans with consideration of inventory for business functions without overcapitalizing on stock that does not generate income.
Assessing and projecting the financial impact of supply with an emphasis of consideration for demand, storage capacity and Company Fiscal Targets.
Designing planning tools and automation with process improvement methodologies that will add value to existing processes that have high impact within the supply chain organization.
Establish broad knowledge and relationships across different parts of the organization including Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Planning, Production Scheduling, and others, as needed.
Work with various cross-functional teams on supply and demand impacts such as new product launches, demand shifts, promotions, end of life, and other events.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the total planning process including demand planning, supply planning, new product introduction, material planning, and the S&OP process.
Lead Supply planning review presentations and lead discussions with internal and external partners and stakeholders on the short- and long-term planning horizon.
Interpret and create tools to assist in the preparation of detailed reports relating to MRP supply recommendations used in the assignments of Item classifications, attachment rates and Parent Products.
Develop and support regular performance and metric reporting for key stakeholders.
What We're Looking ForRequired:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Analytics, Business, or a related field, or its equivalent.
5 - 10 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, or related function.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis and supply planning.
Advanced mathematical and experience with statistical analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and MRP System experience.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and relational databases.
Detailed Knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
Possesses good problem-solving skills to address work-related issues and problems.
Passionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, continuously seeking ways to achieve excellence.
Ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams as well as prepare, present, and clearly communicate solutions to both supply chain and commercial audiences.
Preferred:
Global supply chain experience with a technology company Proficiency in using technology tools that enable supply planning and reporting Proficiency using D365.
Supply chain/operations certification, such as APICS, CPIM or lean.

Pay Range $87,284-$162,099 Pay Rate Type:
Salary Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
