Position Overview Technical Writer - Onsite Requirements:
Job Description Ability to write in one or more basic programming language (SQL, Java, GraphQL, Python) Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex system enterprise architecture.
Excellent verbal, written and soft skills.
Ability to teach and guide an organization that has not previously done Technical Writing.
Develop high-quality technical and end-user documentation for an agile technical team.
Work in fast-paced agile environment with both onshore and offshore teams, various schedules, and frequent release cycles.
Translate complex product information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical users.
Capture and incorporate screen shots and graphics into documentation for enhanced usability Partner closely with engineering and product management teams to gain a deep understanding of products supported; including learning about target audiences to ensure the best user experience is delivered Own the document review process to gather feedback and incorporate changes as needed Understanding of event-based integrations approach and platforms (i.
