We are currently adding a Route Operations Managers to help support this growth.
Our Route Operations Managers are responsible for working with supervisors to allocate resources (people and equipment) to meet customer needs, reviewing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring that employees are meeting safety and compliance standards, and partnering with the District Manager to create and monitor budget and P&L results.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an operations supervisor or route supervisor, to include hiring, training and coaching employees, route management, and resource allocation.
