As a Logistics Import/Export Documentation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the country by managing and processing all import and export documentation.
Your meticulous attention to detail and expertise in customs regulations will be crucial in maintaining compliance and minimizing disruptions to our client's supply chains.
Documentation Management:
Prepare and review import/export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with local and international regulations.
Customs Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with changes in import/export laws and regulations.
Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to schedule shipments and track their progress.
Maintain open communication with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate the movement of goods.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized records of all import and export transactions.
Prepare reports on shipment status, customs clearance, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in import/export documentation coordination, preferably in the logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
