DUTIES:
Plan and implement call center strategy Determine targets for call center Hire and onboard new call center employees Answer staff questions, provide guidance and feedback to team members Train new employees Onboard new employees Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment Measure performance with KPIs such as call interruptions, calls waiting, etc.
Ensure adherence to the company's policies and procedures Keep senior management informed about recurring issues or problems Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports Ability to support staffing shortages by operating phones as needed Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of experience as a call center supervisor.
Proficient in English; bi-lingual preferred.
Previous retail sales with a strong focus on the customer experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for innovation and an eagerness to learn.
Weekends are required with a rotating schedule for weekends off.
Previous computer experience and basic math skills preferred.
Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
Understands medical terminology and anatomy.
Understands insurance, patient billing and reimbursement.
Must be able to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to hear and speak clearly in order to communicate information to clients and staff.
Must be able to have vision adequate to read documents, a computer screen, registration forms and other required documents.
Manual dexterity; the ability to lift at least 20 pounds; and the ability to sit or stand for extended period.
