As a Housekeeper at Maid Svc, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.
Under the guidance of our management team, you will have the opportunity to build positive relationships with clients while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
We take pride in our commitment to using only non-toxic cleaning products, single-use cleaning supplies, and top-of-the-line cleaning equipment, all provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with provided checklists, ensuring all work meets or exceeds our high-quality standards.
Attend scheduled cleaning appointments promptly and professionally.
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients, earning their trust and respect.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including the safe handling of cleaning supplies and immediate reporting of incidents.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly transported and maintained between appointments.
Requirements:
Previous professional cleaning experience is a must.
Must have legal documentation to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation (car) is required.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain an accurate log of appointment details for record-keeping.
Promptly report any client complaints, issues, or problems to management for resolution.
