Overview of The Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of both our customers and trainers.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and trainers, representing the company's dedication to outstanding customer service.
This position is a contractor role, you will need flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as duties and business needs require.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers and trainers with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information, assistance, and support to resolve inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly.
Proactively contact customers or trainers when specific triggers are activated.
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude to ensure a positive customer experience.
Be an expert in our systems, service offerings and policies.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues or complaints, and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex or escalated problems effectively.
Proactively gather feedback from customers and trainers regarding their experiences and training sessions.
Relay feedback to the appropriate departments to help improve our services and processes.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficient in using helpdesk software, communication platforms and office productivity tools.
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment, both in a team and independently.
Preferred Skills:
A strong passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
A genuine desire to provide the best customer experience possible.
Experience with Zendesk, JustCall or similar platforms tools.
Experience with accounts payable or payment collection.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
