Job Description:
Our BDC Representatives will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, making outbound calls, and setting appointments for 4 of the Florida Fine Cars locations.
Following up on all unsold customers, and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales.
Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, texts, and chats.
Requirements:
- Customer service oriented- Good communication skills- Basic computer skills including email, SMS, organized note taking- Reliable transportation to and from work each day- Flexible schedule-BDC and sales experience a major plus but not required-Automotive industry experience not required.
If you have experience in cell phone provider sales, cruise lines, real estate, help desks, direct marketing, call center, etc.

Must speak English fluently including writing and grammar skills and speak Spanish.

Hourly pay - $14 MAX 160 HOURS Bonus Pay - $500 UP TO $3,500 Commission Pay - $1,600 UP TO $4,000
