Responsibilities:
oResponsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations while supporting the Human Manager and team.
oAssist the recruitment process with the job posting, screening potential candidates, running background check.
oPrepares New Hire packages and collect the appropriate forms and documentations from new hires.
oAssists with new-employee onboarding and orientations.
oAssists and maintains personnel files and personnel actions.
oAssists and responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
oAssists the manager with HR projects, Reports and Employee Engagement.
oAssists with benefits administration, wellness programs, and invoices.
oAssists with employee uniform management.
Requirements:
oTemporary role (6 to 12 months)oAvailable to work full-time role (Monday to Friday, from 8:
30 am to 5:
30pm)oCandidates must be enrolled as undergraduate, or graduated student from Business Administration or Human Resources field.
o2 years of HR/office clerical support experience in similar duties (preferred, not required)oBilingual (English - Spanish)oBasic knowledge of MS Office is required (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, etc)oGood verbal and written communication skillsoAttention to detailEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Business Administration Communication English Human Resources Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
