ResponsibilitiesoComply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a professional attitude and appearanceoEnsure all mandatory reports and log entries are fulfilled, investigating any incidents that occuroUse sound decision-making abilities in accordance with relevant best practices, policies, and proceduresoHold an up-to-date security license and a valid driver's license with a spotless driving historyoProficiency in English is essential, and knowing Spanish is an added advantageoMust have a Class D license and a Class G license in handoMust have experience in leading a teamoWillingness to adapt to different work schedulesQualificationsoMust Have at least 1 year of Supervisor experienceoMust have a Clean Driving recordoHigh School diploma or equivalent required, Security or Law Enforcement training and/or experience required active security officer license, and clean driving record requiredoMust possess good working knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and operational best practices; must be reliable and dependableoMust have availability and flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and nights, as required by the operation of a 24/7 serviceoMust have the ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, dispatch, and the public, to understand and follow Standard Operating.
Spanish is a plusoMust have a valid class D license issued by the State of FloridaoMust have a valid class G license issued by the state of Florida if armedoMust have a valid FL Driver's LicenseoMust be available to work immediatelyoMust have your own reliable transportationoMust be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidaysoProfessional demeanor and appearanceoExcellent customer service skillsoMust have and know how to operate a smartphoneoAble to pass a background check with no felony convictionsoComplete security-related projects and assignments to acceptable standards on scheduleoMonitor, document, and enforce procedural rules and regulationsoStrong communication skills; verbal and written, in a multicultural, highly professional settingoNo criminal record; absolute honesty and unquestionable integrityoFlexible work scheduleoComplete security-related projects and assignments to acceptable standards, on schedule Recommended Skills Communication Customer Service Decision Making Diversity Awareness Expediting Law Enforcement Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
