We are looking for an Estimator out of our Miami, FL office.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to engage a particular need or problem and, with the assistance of our staff, research & devise an appropriate solution before estimating the cost and submitting a proposal for work.
It will also be the responsibility of the Estimator to follow up with the client and ensure the fulfillment of the proposal.
Additional tasks Reviewing drawings Take offs Evaluate & review soils (testing) Rock testing Compiling information QualificationsQualified candidates will have a BS Degree in Construction Management or Geotechnical Engineering.
Must be well organized, self motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills.
Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills necessary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
