Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Route Driver.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently navigating designated routes, picking up and delivering laundry and dry cleaning orders to our valued customers.
Additionally, this role entails tagging garments accurately to ensure seamless processing upon return to our facility.
This requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently drive designated routes to pick up and deliver laundry and dry cleaning orders.
Accurately tag garments following company procedures, ensuring proper identification for processing.
Maintain detailed records of orders, including tagging information, to facilitate smooth order processing upon return to the facility.
Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and scheduling.
Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving company vehicles.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in a delivery or route driver role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Physical ability to lift and carry laundry bags and packages.
