This role plays an important part in maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing the overall efficiency of our distribution center's operations.
Warehouse Inventory Associate Responsibilities Takes ownership and responsibility for receiving, inspecting and accurately recording incoming inventory shipments Perform regular cycle counts in a fast pace setting to verify inventory levels and identify discrepancies Conduct inventory audits Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate restocking of inventory Monitor quality checks to ensure product integrity Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment Operate inventory management tools an equipment safely and efficiently Warehouse Inventory Associate Qualifications Your safety is #1.
Follow safety standards for lifting, bending, pushing and pulling.
Positive attitude toward being cross-trained Values customer satisfaction and cares about keeping products intact and avoids damage Follow all guidelines, including shipping and other SOPs Use basic mathematical abilities to ensure accuracy Use of scanner and basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Operate a flatbed and/or pallet jack Forklift certification a plus Ability to stand, and walk for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a distribution center environment with exposure to heat, cold, and noise Able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills to ensure healthy partnerships with other team members and leaders.
