Our General Manager will work collaboratively to support engagement with our guests through our online offering and their property offerings.

Our General Manager will work with the other senior level managers of our Company to develop Company plans and objectives that he or she will then implement at their property.
Our General Manager is expected to understand the local communities surrounding our property and to champion adjustments to Company plans and objectives that will make our presence a better fit within the communities surrounding each property and more likely to exceed expectations.

Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with team members at all levels of the organization and to work effectively with and support a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community; Demonstrated ability to motivate and supervise teams from multiple departments or divisions resulting in success, or significant contribution to the success, of a Property; Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage to success multiple large projects; Demonstrated ability to de-escalate and resolve stressful situations (involving both customers and team members) while minimizing harm to the involved parties; Demonstrated willingness to adopt and champion the Wind Creek Hospitality Purpose and Values; Professional level written and verbal communication and presentation.

Technical Capability required:
Adept at reading and interpreting accounting and financial reports and demonstrated ability to develop financial plans and manage resources; Working knowledge of gaming industry processes, procedures, and technology in a Class III environment; Working knowledge of Responsible Gaming expectations and practices; Working knowledge of Title 31 and AML requirements; Working knowledge of gaming regulatory environments.

Education and Experience required:
Fifteen (15) years of casino gaming supervisory experience with progressive advancement with three (3) years or more of VP level experience.
Must be Bi-lingual:
fluent in Spanish; must read, write, and speak fluently.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and:

Minimum of five (5) years' experience with demonstrated success working for a large company (more than 500 employees) as the senior leader (Director level) of one or more of the following departments:
Hotel Operations, Gaming Operations, F&B Operations, Finance, IT, or Marketing Operations; andb.
Other experience gained through one of the following:
Other skills, Education, and Experience preferred:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance related discipline, Marketing, or IT related discipline - preferred Skill in implementing new strategies and procedures- preferred Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management- preferred Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques- preferred Other conditions required:
Work odd and irregular hours including nights, holidays, promotions and weekends; Live within 25 miles of the property to respond in a timely manner to employee, guest, or operational issues; Travel and participation in training as recommended or required; Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment; Have or ability to obtain a Gaming License from the jurisdiction with oversight of the property.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
