Carry out responsibilities per the Companys policies and training programs.
Ensure the highest standard of services is provided for guests.
Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations.
Maximizing financial performance Efficient operation and cost control of all hotel departments and facilities Passion to grow & develop - Feel encouraged and reinforced by own success.
Approach tasks with courage and self-confidence Act as a role model, displaying knowledge and awareness of company standards.
Build team spirit and quality relationships with the management team.
Analyze feedback and trends from guest satisfaction platforms to enhance the guest experience and take action when appropriate.

Qualifications Prior 10
years in hotel management Fluent in English.
Spanish an asset Highly skilled in managing owner/management company relationships.
Strategic, creative, and able to communicate how plans will deliver overall goals.
Strong Operations and, in particular, Food, Beverage & Events Proven track record in making hotel operations profitable.
Excellent speaking and presentation skills Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively manage time and project management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Adaptable and flexible with the capacity to set high goals and standards for the smooth operation of the hotel.
Effective management style, hands-on and approachable Bottom-line oriented with emphasis on quality guest service and team building Strong process orientated.
Entrepreneurial, think out of the box.
Outstanding PR and social integration skills to develop strong customer relations.
Able to drive change and look for efficiencies/synergies across the network.
