Warehouse Assistant

Support the warehouse operation as needed, including shipping, receiving, inventory and organization.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, in person position that is positioned at our warehouse facility in Doral, Florida.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support to warehouse department and assists on all assignments directed by warehouse manager.
Assist on day-to-day shipments to process incoming or outgoing orders, and ensure shipments meet cut-off times.
Prepare critical international shipments, including but not limited to packaging, detailed labeling and import/export documents, and handling, and communication on tracking.
Diligent tracking and follow-up to ensure shipped packages have arrived; participate in trouble shooting any potential delays.
Perform inventory audits and counts.
Maintain and update current stock with paperwork, photos, consignments, and manufacturing information.
Assist on receiving deliveries and drop-offs.
Maintain spare kit inventories and request inventory replenishment when needed.
Process serviceable and unserviceable part returns.
Accept and process hazardous materials and dangerous goods.
Assist on weekly cleanup of work area and facility.
Operate a forklift to transport packages and palettes within the facility.
Performance of duties will require climbing & work from ladders, bending in confined areas and standing or walking for extended periods of time.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Must be able to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to multitask, work independently, work well with peers, and perform in a high-pressure environment.
A can do attitude and willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks required to meet the daily demands of the business.
Ability to adjust to continuous change, and shift focus to new task while keeping productivity.
Self-initiated, able to complete needed work and/or identify areas that require work.
