Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will work to ensure smooth activities and operations of our warehouse in Miami.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
None.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
Coordinates and schedules the movement of inventory throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment.
Accurately packs orders, checks for quality, and ensures the right items are picked and shipped correctly.
Manages daily flow of inventory by modifying storage space assignments.
Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
Effectively utilizes warehouse management system.
Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of material as needed.
Operates forklift.
Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
Performs other related duties as directed.
_ Required Skills/Abilities:
_ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable utilizing computer systems, particularly Cargowise, Microsoft Office.
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures, including best safety practices.
Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least two years of experience driving forklift required.
At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required, including picking and packing, domestic/international palletization, and inventory management.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Ability to move around the warehouse.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
