us What the In-House HVAC Support Technician position entitles (but not limited to):
- Accept returns and input in to the system.
- Keeping a clean work space.
- Familiarizing oneself with Cooper&Hunter and Olmo HVAC products.
- Assisting with tests and repairs of equipment.
- Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay.
- Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.
- Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
- Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
- Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
- Handling all merchandise with appropriate care.
- Assisting with training of newly employed workers.
- Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Professional attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service - Motivated and ready to learn about HVAC products - Great interpersonal communication skills - Goal-oriented and results-driven - Positive outlook and can-do attitude - Eager to find solutions to various challenges
