Rymar North America is now hiring a full time Assistant Store Manager for our Pompano, FL location.
The ideal candidate would have both leadership and sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate customers needs and recommend best products accordingly - Work closely with the team to ensure warehouse operation runs smoothly and efficiently - Provides quality service by following organization standards - Other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and thoroughly - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
) - Ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume environment - Ability to work within a team environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Qualifications:
Experience:
Sales, Leadership, and Operations Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) for this position.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Extensive walking or movement, bending, and kneeling - Ability to sit and/or stand for a full shift Job Type:
