We practice high quality, cutting edge veterinary medicine.
We are looking for an experienced Client Service Representative with a minimum of two years of experience.
Full and Part time positions are available.
Responsibilities but are not limited to Scheduling and confirming appointments Checking In & Out clients Customer service functions, including:
greeting visitors, answering telephones, scanning and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Qualifications Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and clients Handle a heavy load of incoming calls and routing them correctly Must be organized, detail oriented and multi task effectively Able to display a professional attitude and proactive work style in a team environment Must be flexible with schedule and available to work holidays, week days, nights, and weekends Able to maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations Benefits Paid time off Holiday Pay Health Insurance 401k Match Pet Care Discount Job Type:
