Summary:
The Service Porter at Bomnin Automotive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service department.
This position involves various responsibilities, including assisting customers, maintaining the service area's cleanliness, and providing support to service advisors and technicians.
Key
Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
Escort customers to the service waiting area and provide information about service procedures.
Vehicle Movement:
Safely move vehicles within the service area and to designated parking spots.
Coordinate vehicle retrieval and delivery with service advisors and technicians.
Lot Management:
Maintain organization and cleanliness in the service department's parking lot.
Monitor and manage available parking spaces for customer and team vehicles.
Support Service Advisors:
Assist service advisors by checking in customer vehicles and creating repair orders.
Maintain organized records of vehicles checked in and out of the service department.
Vehicle Inspection:
Conduct basic inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
Report any issues or damage to the service advisors.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
