As an on-site Community Association Manager, you will have team members working with you who will handle routine maintenance work orders, CCR communications, processing architectural requests, issuing gate entry decals and other customer service type matters.
This will allow you to be proactive and focus on working with the Board(s) to achieve their objectives, effectively manage the property and plan for its needs, as well as manage its finances and properly develop bids for service contracts and capital improvements.
The Community Association Manager position is challenging and requires a wide array of skills.

The Community Association Manager is responsible to oversee the daily operations and beautification of his/her assigned community, assisting with specific needs of the community administratively, financially and operationally, while adhering to governing documents of the communities and addressing requests in a timely manner.

Accounting and Financial Management - can read and understand a balance sheet and income statement on a financial statement as well as understand how to prepare and manage an annual fiscal budget Ability to plan and execute on established plans Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Problem solver - able to analyze a problem and come up with creative solutions Negotiation - soliciting, interviewing and negotiating vendors/contractors Vendor Management - ability to efficiently and effectively manage third party vendor's and their performance.
Effective use of daily / monthly / annual calendar Ethical Conduct Basic computer programs (Word, Excel and email) Also, the ideal candidate would be:

Education and
Experience:
At least 5 years' experience as a Community Association Manager Licensed with DBPR as a Community Association Manager Bachelor's Degree in business management is a plus Must be able to prepare budgets, understand financials, solicit and analyze bids for services, monitor insurance coverage, prepare newsletters and meeting notices, communicate with homeowners, monitor performance of maintenance personnel of Associations, conduct routine inspections and follow up on violations and attend Board meetings.
Qualifications and Skills Must be Licensed for a minimum of 5 years.
