As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, providing exceptional service to our clients in the real estate industry and home improvement project.
The founders at 24HomeBuyer have 3 other projects in the Real Estate industry:
First Class Capital Group, VentlyAir and Make More Per Deal.
Our company is expanding rapidly, so we currently have 5 positions open for Customer Support Specialists.
We're looking for experienced professionals who can use their expertise to provide excellent service to our clients.
They should be able to confidently handle customer inquiries and complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve them promptly.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in customer service, excelling at relationship building and problem-solving.
They can confidently handle incoming calls, chat and email, and effectively troubleshoot customer issues.
We're searching for someone who can communicate effectively, is a quick learner with good organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with a keen intellect and the capacity to provide excellent support to our clients is required for the function.
This is achieved while establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, and chat Set appointments with our prospects and existing clients Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Provide accurate and complete information to customers about our products and services Work with the sales team to convert inquiries into sales opportunities Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services Collect customer feedback to improve the sales and SOPs Key
Qualifications:
Proven 2
years of customer support experience Minimum 2 years of experience in sales Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment Proficient (or near native) English skills If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
