In person Consultation For Plastic Surgery Patient We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative and In person Financial Consultation for Plastic surgery Patient you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal communication skills - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual abilities are highly preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail environment is a plus - Knowledge of retail math and technical sales is an advantage We offer competitive pay, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement.
