Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to residents with diverse chronic conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform clinical tasks
- Educate residents and families on care protocols and health management
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for residents
Registered Nurse (RN)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Preferred 1-2 years of geriatric nursing experience
- Recent-graduates with documented geriatric care experience will be considered
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
