  • Anesthesia Care Team Model:
    19 Physicians and 22 CRNAs
  • Approximately 12,000 annual cases.
  • 14 State of the art OR s:
    10 main, 1 Endo, 1 EP, 2 L&D
  • Case mix includes:
    General, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neuro and GYN
  • No Peds or Trauma
  • Call is approximately:
    3 overnight call per month on average
  • PTO 8 and 9 weeks

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
