On site Superintendent for a leading Developer/General Contractor in South Miami with a pipeline of projects for the next 2
years.
We are experiencing a ton of growth and looking to bring on an experienced and professional Superintendent.

We set ourselves apart as we have a customer focus which allows us to rely on repeat business.
We need our on site leadership to represent our company values and move a project along effectively and efficiently.
Due to substantial growth and stability, we are looking for a Superintendent to start ASAP!

Description

  • On site leadership for key projects
  • Direct sub contractors on site
  • Be responsible for scheduling
  • Attend all meetings
  • Drive the project forward
  • Be a company leader and represent all company values on site

Profile

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • At least 10 years of Superintendent experience on ground up mid-rise multifamily projects
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Willing to get the job done and put in the work necessary

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
