Weekends are optional 20-25 patients per day45 min for evals and 20-25 min per follow-upActive FL License, BC/BE, BLS and DEA requiredCredentialing 30-60 days Competitive compensation paid weekly via direct depositTravel, lodging and A malpractice insurance provided.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
