We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Sales Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse and office duties to ensure efficient operations within the distribution center.
Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment such as gate operators, pallet jacks, and barrier arms - Perform order picking, packing, and stock replenishment - Process orders and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction - Recommend potential products or services based on customer needs - Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and office
Qualifications:
- Experience is a plus but is not required in order picking, stock management, or distribution center operations - Proficiency in using a computer and basic software - Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely - Positive attitude when answering phones and genuine empathy towards callers - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment with growth potential for motivated individuals.
