Experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Answer phones Customer support for existing customers Business development Out bound tele sales to new qualified leads Prepare Quotes and Invoices for Customers Follow up on Customer experience and track Customer Payments Qualifications Articulate in Spanish and English Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft office Comfortable with the use of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
The company uses ZOHO Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills Must Have Car and Cell Phone Enjoys entrepreneurial environment, quick learner, self-motivated Able to solve problems and work independently High School Diploma mandatory, College a strong plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
