TIP ( Tip is up to the client.
Some are extremely generous, some do not tip at all.
Average tip is $20.

Parking ( We always ask the client to cover the valet parking cost ) This is currently a part-time job but I am interviewing therapists for two Mobile Massage Companies so you will have the option to receive and accept massage jobs from both companies.

We have no problems being blunt.
We also screen our therapists carefully to make sure that they match and represent our style and ethics.
No inappropriate behavior will be tolerated from the clients or therapists.
To be very clear, no kind of sensual or sexual massages of any type are tolerated.
We require that our therapists follow specific protocols to make sure that both the clients and therapists feel safe and comfortable at all times and that there is no room for any misunderstandings.
- Therapists who can work Weekends and Evenings - Therapists who are willing to go with short notice will also receive more work.
My recommendation is that you always have your table, linens and oils with you in the car.
Jojoba oil will not spoil in the heat.
Experience - Minimum 1 year experience of actively working as a massage therapist performing mobile massage, Modalities - Must be skilled in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and some stretching.
- additional modalities a plus and can be added to our list of available modalities.
- Certifications in specific modalities a plus - If you have any other license ( facials, esthetician, etc.
) also a plus.
- Must have and maintain a current Massage Therapist License and Insurance.
- Must be fluent in English ( additional language a plus, but not necessary ) - Must have reliable transportation - Must have a professional & well maintained Massage Table - Professional Massage Chair a plus - Must bring music and music player - Must bring professional massage lotions /oils - Must carry at least one pure massage oil incase someone is allergic ( my recommendation is coconut oil or jojoba oil ) - Must have cell phone with texting capabilities - Must be able to communicate professionally and politely with clients - Must be proficient and comfortable in asking initial health questions prior to every massage.
Imperative qualities in the therapists we are looking for.
Good Massage Skills, Good Communication & People Skills, Punctual, Reliable, Ethical, Trustworthy and a natural team player.
Many clients travel to Miami several times each year and each time they come, they call us for their massages.
Again, if they enjoyed your work, they will usually ask for the same therapist.
We have many couples on vacation who call for multiple massages during their stay.
That could mean two hours per visit several times during their stay and return visits.
We also have locals who enjoy receiving regular massages on a weekly basis or sometimes, several times a week.
- You do the math! Bottom line we are looking for quality therapists to match our quality team and clients.
