We specialize in manufacture and distribution of printed circuit boards for a variety of applications, including - automotive, industrial, lighting, security systems, and other niche application areas. Utilizing state-of-the-art factories in South China Guangdong Province, dedicated manufacturing units build single sided, double-sided, and multi-layer printed circuit boards (of up to 22 layers). We fabricate flexible printed circuit boards, rigid-flex boards, and metal clad circuit boards as well.
Summary: Direct all tooling operations and is responsible for meeting goals, operation of tool room, tool grinding and tool crib departments. This person will supervise mostly skilled employees either directly or through subordinate supervision and will also supervise tool and die making, universal and surface tool grinding, and tool crib operations in fabrication of production tooling. They will act as technical consultant to support manufacturing machining operations. This position requires the analysis of proposals to determine that special machinery, equipment, or tooling fabrication are feasible and that current personnel, equipment, material and product design will meet tooling requirements and will make the recommendation for the procurement of parts or tooling from outside sources when necessary.
Position
Responsibilities:
? Manage and mentor tool & die shop employees while overseeing all operations of tool build to ensure quality standards are met. ? Management of tooling maintenance schedule, all stock, cutting tools, grinding supplies, oils, cleaners, etc ? Build and assemble dies, tools, fixtures, and punches and authorize new tooling validation ? Estimate tool fabrication hours and participate in resource scheduling ? Generate and evaluate tool requests for quotation to determine supplier selection ? Generate tool orders for tool repair/rework and be able to define root cause of, and disposition, tooling non-conformity. ? Make decisions based on knowledge and experience to repair and correct any tooling concerns. ? Ensures that all aspects of generated tool orders meet the quality requirements ? Provide detailed Statements of Work for Tooling projects and Tool changes ? Present factual results of studies and surveys to management and secure approval for usage of improved tools, tooling methods and manufacturing procedures. ? Provide liaison engineering support, manage tool vendor performance, and acts as liaison between Engineering, Tool Fabrication, Tooling Vendors, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Operations ? Schedule working hours to be consistent with work load ? Track program and product action items and take necessary steps to ensure they are accomplished ? Will work with Human Resources regarding the administration of personnel activity ? Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Position Requirements: ? MUST have 7 to 15 years of recent tooling management or supervisory experience ? MUST have supervisory experience, managing groups of people in manufacturing, tooling or project environments ? Experience or familiarity with CNC machining requirements and computer aided inspection methods for tooling. ? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats. ? Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry is. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. ? Ability to conduct improvement studies on assigned fabrication tooling and manufacturing operations to simplify existing design or methods, reduce manufacturing or operating time and costs, or to use new materials for tooling or manufacturing applications. Experience with PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDINGS also required.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Knowledge of Word Processing software; Design software; Project Management software and Manufacturing software. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and have strong computer skills High degree of honesty, ethics and integrity ? Must be able to spend significant time in Juarez, Mexico
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Will receive equity in the operation as part of the compensation packageEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
