Responsibilities:
oManage complex projects and cross-functional teams to achieve results on time and within budget.
oParticipate in disaster recovery planning, implementation and testing.
Education/Certification:
oBS Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field required ITIL Training and Certification strongly preferred
Experience:
o8-10 years experience in global computer operations, server administration and infrastructure services with experience architecting solutions in a large corporate environment.
Knowledge/Skills:
oBackground in software development and system administration with an in depth knowledge of multiple platforms oSuperior project management skills including project estimation, resource planning, system and process documentation, vendor selection and contract negotiation.
oExcellent verbal and written communications with ability to express / translate business needs into technology assisted solutions.
oKnowledge and architectural experience with:
oRed Hat Linux, Suse Linux and Solaris oClustering technologies including Veritas Storage Foundation HA, MS Cluster oSAN storage platforms including NetApp and EMC oEnterprise backup solutions such as Netbackup and Data Protection Manager oWindows Server / Active Directory oExchange Server oSQL Server and Oracle oDisaster Recovery implementations oLeveraging Cloud-based solutions oHigh-level networking understanding Source:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
