Assist clients and employees on hardware or software installations and daily technical support Documentation on hardware or software installation, network procedures and change management control procedures etc.
Position Requirements Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree in IT or related field Strong administration skills on Hardware such as Dell and HP systems etc.
Strong administration skills on Software such as Windows Domains, IIS 7 installation and configuration, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop.
Citrix VPX Netscaler is a plus.

years of experience in relevant field and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
Recent certifications from Microsoft, Citrix and Cisco are a plus.
IIS 7 configuration and troubleshooting.
Microsoft SSRS administration and configuration.
Excellent troubleshooting skills including low level Windows OS functions, authenticiation protocols and Network traffic analysis.
Time management and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Availability for shift timings and occasional night and weekend support.
