Job Description:
As an IT Business Analyst for our company you will work with the HR process owners, functional analysts and project team members to support existing SAP/HR Benefits functions.
In addition, you will:
Work closely with the SAP Payroll team and HR Business Partners on the analysis of business needs, configuration, and design of US/Canadian benefits and integration with the new payroll system.
Qualifications Understanding of computer technology, methodology, and full life:
cycle development Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions Skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation, supplier management relations and conflict resolution Knowledge of multiple business processes of assigned area(s) and/or function(s) Understanding of application development, database, and infrastructure capabilities and constraints (multiple Data Base Management Systems, DBMSs) Experience in multiple SAP HR functions (e.

PA, Benefits, Pensions, Payroll) Experience implementing SAP HR system changes including leading analysis of requirements, design, configuration and testing 4
years of experience implementing major Information Technology programs or projects that are broad in scope or multi:

years of Information technology experience and/or business experience 4

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
