The Job This is a Senior Web Analytics Analyst position and requires someone who has worked on Web Analytics for the last 5 or more years.
As a Senior Web Analytics Analyst, you will enjoy working with stakeholders in the marketing department to define KPI's and create custom reports/dashboards, present reports and become a trusted digital analytics advisor to the organization.
Incorporate customer and competitive data to further support findings.
In this role of a Senior Web Analytics Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will include:
Maintain and refine the global implementation of Google Analytics and 3rd party campaign tagging.
Work with the IT department to automate dashboards.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports/dashboards.
Run ad:
hoc analysis on key trends and make recommendations on findings.
Monitor keynote scripts on web site and draws conclusions on site availability and performance as it relates to overall health and maintenance of site.
Assists digital marketing team in campaign performance measurement and increasing productivity of all marketing initiatives.
Scope the impact of business and website changes / forecast the impact of future changes.
Work with large datasets using data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, Tableau and SQL to incorporate multiple datasets together.
Desired Skills and Experience 5 to 7 years of experience in an analytics focused role.
Proficient in using Web Analytic Tools (i.
e.
Coremetrics, Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.
) required Knowledge of Tag Management software such as Tealium, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Strong communication skills; able to clearly communicate and present findings/recommendations to team members and senior management Ability to create advanced reports in Excel Strong technical skills in web analytics and tag management.
Knowledge of customer behavior analysis tool Tealeaf Knowledge of a performance tool such as Keynote Additional Information Compensation:
