Description JOB SCOPE Responsibilities :
Conduct consumer insights analyses in support of strategic initiatives :
Perform data preparation and quality control using SAS/SQL coding :
Document analytic methodology/programming code :
Evaluate survey results and develop insightful analyses and recommendations :
Synthesize and infer patterns within data and clearly communicate findings :
Perform data preparation and quality control using SAS/SQL coding :
Closely partner with multiple management levels to effectively drive process improvement through strategy alignment, effective communication and flawless execution of key priorities :
Work closely with Technology Team to evaluate current reporting infrastructure, gaps and opportunities.
Design a cost effective strategy to implement a robust and flexible data repository platform to enable timely and effective data mining and analytics Qualifications :
A minimum 3 years of relevant analytic and problem solving experience :
Experience in Financial Services or Call Center industries is a plus :
Experience conducting data analyses using SAS and other resources :
Experience analyzing large sets of data, and performing predictive modeling and segmentation (preferred) :
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills :
Strong project management skills :
Strong presentation and data visualization skills and proven ability to create executive level reports, dash Source:
