We specialize in manufacture and distribution of printed circuit boards for a variety of applications, including - automotive, industrial, lighting, security systems, and other niche application areas. Utilizing state-of-the-art factories in South China Guangdong Province, dedicated manufacturing units build single sided, double-sided, and multi-layer printed circuit boards (of up to 22 layers). We fabricate flexible printed circuit boards, rigid-flex boards, and metal clad circuit boards as well.
oMaster PCB technical development trends and knowledge related to job function.
Position Requirements:
oMUST have 5
years of Product Engineering /Technology experiences in PCB manufacturing industry.
oProfessional in knowing IPC standard and understanding customer technical requirement in drawing, Gerber file, specification etc and solve any capability and manufacturability problems of printed circuit board.
oWith at least one year of PCB CAM experience such as Genesis 2000, CAM350, have the capability of doing PCB design rule check.
oBachelor degree
o Have knowledge and experience in TS16949.
o Experience in DOE and Six Sigma is a plus.
We are neither looking for PCB designer, Nor PCB assembly engineer.
The candidate needs to have professional work experience in bare PCB manufacturing factories (candidate muse have years of experience in the PCB manufacturing shop to gain required experience)
Front end engineering work experience
Quality control knowledge/experience
PCB manufacturing experience with hands on experience in DFM, quality control, manufacturing problem solving
