Purpose The person will be trained in:

Receiving new vehicles.

Pre:
delivery inspection (PDI) of cars to be sent to auction.

Registration of new fleet.
:
Enter the new fleet in our system.
:
Inspection of vehicles for sale.
:
Coordinate preventive maintenance of our cars, including the buses.
:
Coordinate repair of vehicles for mechanical or damages.
:
Make appointments with body shops and repair facilities.
:
Deal with body shops and/or repair facilities.
:
Verify the repairs are done correctly.
:
Order parts and Write purchase orders when needed.
:
Verify that the parts used are the parts needed and required by the estimates received.
:
Type handwritten repair orders in our system and ensure accuracy of entries.
:
File documents (paperwork from dealers, repair orders, invoices) :
Responsible for the history of each unit (damages, repairs, keys) :
Guarantee the cleaning supplies for our fleet.
:
Make reports required related to fleet.
:
Support the rental office in cleaning cars when needed.

All other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Expertise High school diploma.
Clerical experience.
Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of light mechanic :
100 required.
Knowledge of computer and keyboards.
Knowledge of Microsoft, (excel, outlook, word).

Knowledge of basic office equipment (phones, fax, copiers) Good written and verbal skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to occasionally to stand, sit, walk, bend and lift up to 40 lbs boxes.
Ability to perform keyboarding continuously throughout work day.
