Location: Miami, FL
Our client is looking for a talented Senior Project Manager with hospitality experience to work in a dynamic and collaborative studio environment. This position requires a highly motivated and agile individual with strong design sense and technical capabilities to work with a team of hospitality focused architects and designers. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for design excellence towards producing a cost effective, sustainable, and on time meaningful built environments, as well as a deep understanding of the project type including brand standards and space programming.
Determines terms and prepares contract packages.
Manages all project team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and the delivery of construction documents.
Coordinates design group interaction both internally and externally.
Develops production schedule and manages to that schedule. Prepares strategic plans for projects.
Develops job costs, job budget, and manpower projections.
Manages project financial performance.
Overseas the preparation of detailed code and zoning analysis.
Exercises skills of persuasion and negotiation on critical issues.
Oversees both internal and external members of project team.
Requirements:
Architectural degree from an accredited program.

years of experience.
10
years of Hospitality experience required.
Architectural Registration Required.
Practical Knowledge of hotel programming and design.
LEED credential preferred.
Thorough understanding of Building Systems.
Demonstrate a high level of technical competence.
CAD and/or BIM and other drafting and presentation tools.
Spanish Language Fluency preferred
