Manager of Business and Legal Affairs
Candidate will provide legal and business advice on a wide range of issues to the business managers, technical managers, product developers and officers of the business and effectively evaluate legal exposure and manage risk. Responsibilities will include structuring, negotiating and closing content license agreements with movie studios and other content companies, software and technology development and licensing agreements, distribution and marketing agreements with mobile carriers and electronic device makers for the distribution of company s media applications, internet advertising agreements, hardware and computer equipment purchase agreements and employment and service agreements. Additional responsibilities include counseling on a broad range of operational issues, regulatory compliance, IP and corporate issues. Will report to the Director of Business and Legal Affairs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
