Company Description Job Description ERP/Financials Business Analyst for our client, a leading pharmaceutical firm in the Miami/Ft.
Lauderdale Metro Area.
Responsibilities Include the Following:
1.
Gather business requirements, design and coordinate implementation, development and enhancement of systems functionality to ensure evolving needs of the organization are met 2.
Work with global, regional, and local business analyst teams in the implementation of IT business solutions (this includes business applications, reporting, and collaboration tools) 3.
Administer applications user security functions as required 4.
Foster user self-sufficiency through training and documentation 5.
Champion data integrity via business process enhancements, user education, and other control mechanisms 6.
Test or lead testing initiatives in connection with the rollout of new or enhanced business solutions.
The compensation for this position is up to $80k, plus an outstanding benefits package.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
This position requires a techno-functional background that allows understanding business requirements, but at the same time is able to implement and support IT applications as required.
Other requirements for this position are as follows:
1.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Information Systems, Business Applications, or other related field.
2.
2 -4 years IT applications support and/or IT Management experience required, including practical functional and/or production support experience in large ERP systems environment and underlying database and other reporting technology (e.
g.
SQL) 3.
Strong team leadership and project management skills.
4.
Extensive practical knowledge and hands on experience with ad hoc query programs and reporting software tools.
5.
Hands-On Experience with Workflow and Application Security administration.
6.
Strong familiarity with testing methodology and ability to lead testing initiatives.
7.
Experience with BI reporting tools (Hyperion or Cognos) highly desirable.
8.
Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint highly desirable.
9.
SQL development experience is a plus.
10.
Experience working with multinational organizations required; experience working in Latin American markets preferred 11.
Willing to travel both domestic and international 12.
Bilingual English/Spanish Required.
Portuguese a plus.
