com Job Description BASIC PURPOSE:
Essential Functions:
Manage application administration Assist the PMO Team in documenting the development cycle methodologies and supporting documents Streamline project management processes and supporting training materials Acting as scribe for various types of project status meetings (both Team and Management meetings) Contributing reporting information to other team managers for presentations, reports, etc.
Assisting with meeting and handout preparation activities Participate in regular team meetings/activities, as appropriate Support and assist team members in process improvements Database administration activities Troubleshoot user issues Enhance reporting capabilities POSITION SCOPE:
Advise corporate and brand senior management concerning project management processes and their impact to the corporation's best practices.
Actively communicate and cooperate with other PMOs by sharing best practices in the use of technology to further achieve efficiencies.
Ensure infrastructure and application required to efficiently run the PMO is managed effectively, with a focus on availability, serviceability, reliability and continuous improvement.
Effectively administer the Global Carnival Project Portfolio Management System:
ChangePoint Daptiv PPM.
Govern process, policy, and procedures for PPM tool.
Qualifications:
A baccalaureate degree in business administration, finance or related area is required.
Pursuing or having an advance degree is a differentiator, particularly an MBA, as well as CAPM, PMP, CSM or CSP certifications.
Excellent verbal and written communications in U.

English.
Minimum 2 years overall experience in information technology infrastructure implementations, with specific emphasis in the following:
Information Technology Strategy and Project management.
Technology planning.
Total Cost of ownership.
Proven ability to drive change, build consensus, and satisfactorily resolve conflicts.
Background in the software consulting industry is a plus.
Experience in an environment of diverse, but related systems, platforms, and applications.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Administrator or similar position Must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment Good familiarity with project management methodologies and reporting tools Familiarity with processes required to run a project following the Agile and Phased/Waterfall methodologies, including both Technology and Non-technology project Must be able to demonstrate working experience in strong coordination and scheduling skills Experience administering an installation of Changepoint's Daptiv PPM is a big plus.
Must be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in preparation of meeting minutes, presentations, and summary documents for distribution Manager Notes Must have heavy experience administering Changepoint Daptiv , Innotas , Oracle Instantis, Clarizen or AtTask Must be able to excel operating in a repetitive work environment Must be an independent worker and able to take initiative Click here to apply.
