Description:
Experienced programmer to work with business end-users and IT technical staff in various projects involving data mining, developing reports and participating in application development efforts.
Programmer must be experienced with Microsoft development products such as .net, C#, IIS, Visual Basic, Active Server Pages, SQL, Access, and TFS. Good oral and written communication.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One to two years of applications development experience working with Microsoft development tools.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
