We have experienced a steady growth for the past 10 years and are looking for a true leader to take our brand and products to the next level, Job Description We are seeking a team oriented and process minded leader, but also someone that functions at a high level within an entrepreneurial environment.
As the COO you will report directly to the owner and have primary accountability for managing all of the operation.
while finding and driving new revenue streams into the company.
This dynamic role is well suited for the savvy administrator.
Above and beyond your standard responsibilities, which consist of overseeing the accounting, sales, marketing, manufacturing and warehouse.
financial statement preparation, forecasting and etc, 10 years of experiences in related operations experience with a minimum of 5 years leadership including supervision of staff.
Minimum education requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or business administration, MBA degree preferred.
Experience with setting up system, procedures and controls.
Hands-on experience with sales and marketing, Demonstrated experience working in an entrepreneurial company or environment.
