As the COO you will report directly to the owner and have primary accountability for managing all of the operation.

This dynamic role is well suited for the savvy administrator.
Above and beyond your standard responsibilities, which consist of overseeing the accounting, sales, marketing, manufacturing and warehouse.
financial statement preparation, forecasting and etc, 10 years of experiences in related operations experience with a minimum of 5 years leadership including supervision of staff.
Minimum education requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or business administration, MBA degree preferred.
Experience with setting up system, procedures and controls.
Hands-on experience with sales and marketing, Demonstrated experience working in an entrepreneurial company or environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
