Position will assist and advise on disclosure matters related to the program information dissemination. Duties will include coordination and daily review of unclassified and classified material proposed for release and on program foreign disclosure actions, advising contractor personnel on foreign disclosure policy and procedures within DoD and the Intelligence Community, facilitating release of information to foreign nationals, support for the implementing of bilateral agreements, conducting technical review of information and communicating foreign disclosure positions within the support site. The candidate will recommend action to the government and conduct training for the contractor personnel; communicate foreign disclosure sensitive related to Command initiatives to Command personnel, conduct analysis on complex disclosure issues and coordinate and release request for information. The candidate shall support the foreign disclosure program in accordance with the National Disclosure Policy One (NDP_1), DoD Directives and Instruction and applicable Intelligence Community Directives.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: Bachelor Degree
Min of 5 years of progressive experience and training in foreign disclosure to support intelligence or military operations; Demonstrated interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with senior staff and organizational leaders. Work in a highly operational temp environment with the ablity to adapt to frequent changes in response(s) to external customer support demands.
Certifications: U.S. Army Foreign Disclosure Officer Certification or equivalent
