Job Description:
Accountabilities include but not limited to:
Promoting sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services Generating lists of properties that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features Consulting with clients regarding market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters Coordinating open houses Prospecting new clients Developing networks and building relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors for business purposes Accompanying buyers during visits and inspections of property, while advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
